Hello, we appreciate your feedback about your GTI. The windshield washer fluid sensor and fuel level sensor are located in different parts of the vehicle, so at times, the former may give an audible warning alert more often under certain circumstances. General information about the location and filling of the windshield washer fluid reservoir can be found in the owner's manual, which is available through maintenance.vw.com. If concerned about the frequency of warning alerts, we would recommend checking directly with your preferred VW dealer's service department. -KO

Hi Sam, all current ID.4 and ID. Buzz vehicles on the road today have charging ports designed to work with Combined Charging Standard (CCS) connectors. It's intended that drivers of current VW EVs will be able to utilize a NACS adapter to charge at Tesla Superchargers in the future. While we don't have an exact ETA, details of this integration will be announced at a later date. -KO

Anyone else having issues with their @VW GTI since the OTA update? My carplay stopped working after the update. No power to the front USB ports at all after the update yesterday, Nothing else changed, even plugging my phone directly in does nothing now 😑 #volkswagen #gti

@VW Known oil leak issue on my 2021 atlas and attempting to resolve through the dealer. We are now on our 6th attempt of just resealing problem area. I have only had my car for 6 days this month, the rest of the time is at the dealership. Won’t purchase again.

Convinced my sister to go electric after she loved my Cybertruck. She and my wife both got @VW ID.Buzzes at the same time, waiting months for recalls to be fixed, totally thrilled. 4 days in, battery fails. VW says they’ve never seen it, no solutions, but lease payments demanded. biggest regret: not pushing harder for a @Tesla . Now I’m having second thoughts about my wife’s. Step up, @VW ! #IDBuzzFail #Tesla

@VW You built cars with defective airbags and have been forced to recall them. Only problem is they've been on backorder and not available for months. I can't let my daughter drive her unsafe VW that I continue to make make payments on. Very disappointed.

@VW - Are their any plans to offer your amazing ID4 Buzz as a gasoline or hybrid model? It’s such an amazing van for people that want some extra space but don’t want a SUV or Minivan but it’s price rather high as an EV model. Please consider offering it as a hybrid or with a ICE

@VW Please help me understand why I have a 2024 Jetta that randomly turns on the wipers throughout my daily drive. My local dealership says it needs the wiper control stalk replaced under warranty but they can’t get the part, yet I can buy the part online right now.

If you're at an Electrify America charging station, please call them directly at 833-632-2778 to see if they can assist with removing the charger. If you're at another charging station, please contact the company who operates it to see if they can assist. We also want to be sure it's able to be removed. Not ever in my fucking life have I owned a worse car than this @VW #ID4 DO NOT BUY ONE, you’ll never be able to use it. Doors don’t unlock, you can’t charge, the charger doesn’t come off, even with the emergency release. Late to my job twice now, having to Uber

#Volkswagen ID.4 has been a huge disappointment to own. Brakes, electric windows, front motor, all major failures. And #VW is so sloooooow to address the issues. Months go by with no response. And shoddy work whenever done. Anyone with similar experience?
