Plenty of Hall of Famers come with baggage. Ty Cobb and Tris Speaker were both tied to gambling allegations. Gaylord Perry made a career out of doctoring baseballs. But Pete Rose is still banned for gambling? If the Hall reflects baseball history, it should include all of it—not just the parts we’re comfortable with.
