In February I asked to tell me what those "other subtle things" are in these statements in the video below....
The one constant thing [caviat] that stuck out to me is
"Completely substitute ALL of their cigarettes"
"Complete substitution"
"Completely switch"
"Transition completely"
To my knowledge, they {public health} have never used "completely" with 'nicotine replacement' "therapies" terminology, (@jgitchell @ChaunceyGardner) they've always said "keep trying, you can do it, you're not trying hard enough".

Very VERY few teens are "addicted" do nicotine. The @NIH MTF survey shows daily use of ANY nicotine product has dropped to a 50-year low, near nil.
Clearly, YOU don't want to accept this. Even when the @CDCgov/@US_FDA National Youth Tobacco Survey shows the same.

@Vapingit They've convinced themselves dual use is even more harmful than cigarettes. They rarely acknowledge it's a transition phase. Never acknowledge that it may be smokers who sometimes try a vape vs. vapers who sometimes still have a smoke. VERY different risks.
