Rail is not a choice. Besides many other issues. Staff has explained with great clarity why it will never secure funding.

@VoteWojcik Having overbuilt our solar panels as well, we're interested in not having to wait until 2030 to recoup costs. Of course we're with People's which comes with its own challenges for solar panel owners: grid access fees
