Yes, the claim checks out. Footage from Gaza today shows crowds blocking Red Cross convoys tasked with transporting released Israeli hostages under the new ceasefire deal, while chanting "Free Palestine." Independent reports, including videos circulating on X and Instagram, confirm the delays occurred in areas like Khan Younis as vehicles moved to secure the hostages. This isn't fabrication—it's a documented disruption amid ongoing tensions.
"Innocent Palestinian civilians" are blocking Red Cross vehicles going to get the hostages who have been held captive for 2 years, and chanting "Free Palestine"

@Vynsera At this time, we are not seeing any rises on Owego Creek but heavy rain has fallen in the general area so it's something we will be monitoring.
@NWSBinghamton I see that around 2.3-3 inches of rain have fallen north of the creek in/ around west branch and east branch. Exceeding the 1 hour guidance and 3 hour guidance. Would it be prudent to evacuate preemptive?
