Pharmacy is a job where majority work nights/weekends/ holidays ... what can employers offer to get you to join their company? Be realistic but I'm curious

@WafflesPharm @DreamPharmD I think it stems from the big chains. They have rules you have to call the dr for everything so they don’t lose money on an insurance audit but they forget no one’s gonna care about losing money on an amoxicillin script
