Braintree American 12A defeats Walpole 1-0 to capture their first state title and complete a historic undefeated run through District/seftional/state tournament play and will move onto regionals next week in Bristol CT! Congrats to Walpole on a fantastic game and a tremendous tournament.

Walpole wins! What a phenomenal game by both teams. We’re a team first town, but need to call out a couple kids. Joseph Wozniak w/ a no hitter complete game SO. Unreal! Kaiden Sebello scores the game winning/walk off run, on a single by James McDonald! Game 2 tomorrow night!

Good luck to our 12yr old summer team as they take on Peabody tonight in Game 1 of the State Championship round. For anyone interested in going, the game is at 730 in Beverly (Harry Ball Field - 410 Essex St). Good luck boys. It’s been a great summer. Let’s keep it goin’!

Schedule/format update for our 12’s as they play for a State Championship. 4 teams (Walpole, Peabody, Holden, Braintree). All games will be in Beverly @ Harry Ball field. Double elimin. Gm 1: Thursday vs Peabody, 730p Gm 2: Friday (TBD) Championship will be played on Sunday.

And it’s onto States!!! The Walpole 12’s win Sectionals with a 7-2 victory over Needham. Awesome job boys!!! Keep it rolling….

Gm 2 of Sectional pool play goes to Walpole, with a dominate 12-1 victory over Parkway. They’ll play game 3 tonight, however have already qualified for the Championship game. Saturday, 12pm vs Needham, 40 E Foxboro St in Sharon. Trip to States on the line…. Go get it boys!!

12yr old Williamsport Sectional update… The Sectional Pool Play round will begin Wednesday. All games will be played in Sharon (40 E Foxboro St). Wednesday 7/16 vs Melrose @ 530pm Thursday 7/17 vs Parkway @ 530pm Friday 7/18 vs Needham @ 730pm

Well, the Canton 12’s took Game 2 last night in a 7-5 win. So it all comes down to a winner take all Game 3. Tonight, 7pm, 100 Dedham St in Canton District 11 Championship on the line. Come out and support the team. Good luck boys!!
