Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 14 3200 Run Mobley’s record approaching 26th anny this spring. Barring any late HS Transfer Portal additions to our team, it will remain in the top spot. Piotrowski is still holding on from ‘79. Most recent star ⭐️ to crack list = Negru in ‘23.

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 13 200 Dash Ramon Bolt is 👑 in the 200, but the only 200 clash btw him + Walker at the ‘10 Assn Meet was won by Capt J-Dub and is a highly amusing memory 😂. ‘25 Capt @GlassKayin ranks 3rd in 100/200 in one of the most quietly dominant seasons.

Top Ten Countdown to the 2026 Season Day 12 800 Run It took 10 yrs for Roche to dethrone Auer; 12 yrs passed btw Roche + Romano’s record; then Adams took it down a yr later + remains 👑 to this day. Over the past 20yrs, Schu’s mid-dist runners were never to be trifled with!💪🏽⚡️

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 10 400 Dash The Quarter-Horse history is rich in tradition, but 👑 Alex Hritcu (Univ of Tenn) reigns supreme for 25+ yrs. Manning + Burrell were most recent sub-50. A solid quartet of SR Sprinters in ‘26 all have the potential to crack this list.

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 9 1600 Run The Hill Family has their name etched all over our distance race records. Jared is the 🤴 of the 1600 with a ‘17 best of 4:17.23 after taking down Piotrowski’s record from ‘79. The 1600 list is filled w/ dedicated cpts + leaders. 💪🏽⚡️

Top Ten Countdown to the 2026 Season Day 8 100 Dash Ramon Bolt’s 11.0 flat from 2011 survived another season but was challenged in 2025 by @GlassKayin. Team 2026 returns 4 seniors in Josh Conner, @BryceHirschman1 , Mike Virga, & Alijah Matthews ready to climb the ranks.

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 7 110 Hurdles Sub 15 for the Top 5 hasn’t been challenged in over 15 years while Culbert has held the 👑 for 27 yrs. Jermell was the most recent addition to this list w/an outstanding ‘25 season. Team 2026 looks to young guns for pts this spring.

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 6 Long Jump Officially our longest standing record, Bowling’s 22’8” is approaching 50 yrs! @woolridgemikey was the most recent challenger in ‘17. The ‘26 team will look elsewhere to replace last year’s duo of @gio_charles07 + Frank Knolton.💪🏽⚡️

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 5 High Jump The great @gio_charles07 took down one of our oldest records from ‘79 while earning a State 👑 in ‘25. Alongside Garrod, it was the first time in our program’s history w/2 State Champs in 2 diff individual events in the same yr. 💪🏽⚡️

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 4 Discus WLC is home to the State Record w/ @Cullenprena’s 210’ toss in ‘13 still holding 💪🏽. It’ll take a toss of 165’ to crack the Top 10. Tho, a couple of close calls w/@BrycenAnderson0 , Ade O, + @GarrodAlexander, + Oxford’s Connor Bandel.

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 3 Shot Put Some lists need to be expanded and SP is one of them at WLC w/many All-Staters outside the Top 10. A new 👑 King of the Ring 👑 in ‘25 as Garrod took down Prena’s 12 record en route to a State Title. How high will SR Capt Akers climb?

Countdown to the ‘26 Season Day 2 Pole Vault A list filled w/dedicated technicians and leaders, it’s no suprise that 1/2 of the list also earned the title of Team Cpt. @rayweath17 tops the list w/his record set in ‘23. JR @CaseLangVaults looks to surpass coach this spring.💪🏽⚡️

The most recent relay that altered our record board was the 4x1 in ‘24 with E. Ray, @GlassKayin, Bode Hirschman, & N. Hopkins. A. Matthews, J. Conner, & @BryceHirschman1 return from last year's 4x2 team alongside Michael Virga as they look to take down the 4x1, 4x2, + 4x4. 💪🏽⚡️
