What if their training was over a year ago. I highly doubt this guy was taught that technique. Guys do weird shit under stress.

People have been shot on campus and the decision is to conduct kneeling slow pie thresholds and stack 30 guys in a hallway?#brownuniversity I'm not trying captain hindsight or personally dog the LEO in the arena that day, but the training needs to shift.

@GregsTakeOn @_JesseCinco In a perfect world, we’d have 80 hrs a year for non-SWAT officers to train tactics like this. Unfortunately, we don’t and never will. This is clearly a group 1st responders from multiple agencies, trying to do the right thing. They aren’t going to move like a polished tac team.

@EliseStefanik This is not making the citizens of the United States any safer; in fact, it’s doing the opposite. Do you realize that 90% of US SWAT teams use DJI Avatas? They cost about $1500. The only US made interior drone is $20k and junk. People are going to die because of this legislation!
