XRPL doesn’t break under scale…..it optimizes. More usage = better routing, tighter liquidity, and higher efficiency. Liquidity isn’t parked… it’s flowing.

Which leads to the biggest shift: Yield no longer comes from parking capital. It comes from facilitating flow. •Routing payments (ILP connectors) •Providing liquidity at execution time •Market making on active paths •Running infrastructure and agent services The game changes from: 👉 “Who has the most capital?” to 👉 “Who sits in the path of the most transactions?” ⸻ This is why thin pools aren’t a failure of the system. They’re a sign that: •capital prefers stability (RLUSD) •execution prefers movement (XRP) •routing prefers efficiency (ILP) •and accounting scales independently (TigerBeetle) ⸻ Liquidity is no longer something you lock. It’s something the system continuously uses. And in that world: XRP doesn’t derive value from sitting still — it derives value from being used.

Because the system isn’t optimized for idle capital anymore — it’s optimized for flow efficiency. ⸻ And this is where stablecoins like RLUSD become critical — even for small payments. Agents don’t just make large transfers. They make thousands to millions of micro-transactions: •$0.10 •$1 •$5 If those were priced in a volatile asset: •even a 1–2% fluctuation •across thousands of transactions 👉 quietly turns into thousands of dollars lost every month to slippage, volatility, and arbitrage So agents naturally: •hold RLUSD for stability •avoid unnecessary exposure •and execute with precision But this doesn’t reduce XRP’s role — it sharpens it. Because every time value needs to move efficiently: •RLUSD can route through XRP •XRPL auto-bridging finds the best path •liquidity flows through XRP in motion 👉 even if the user never sees it

RLUSD prices the system, XRP powers liquidity, ILP routes value, and TigerBeetle tracks it all… and thin XRPL pools aren’t a weakness, they’re a signal. What most people are still anchored to is the old model of finance and DeFi: •Capital sits in pools •Liquidity is idle •Yield comes from parking assets and waiting But that model was built for a system where everything was bundled together…pricing, routing, settlement, and accounting all competing for the same capital. That’s not what’s emerging anymore.

Agent Commerce is Coming to the XRPL
t54.ai@t54ai

Agent commerce is coming to the XRPL. With @virtuals_io, agents can transact autonomously: escrowed jobs, verification through evaluators, and programmable settlement. Using t54’s x402 facilitator, agents can already natively pay in XRP and RLUSD.

🚨UPDATE: AI BECOMING A "FUNDAMENTAL PART" OF RIPPLE'S PRODUCTS In a recent update, @Ripple CEO @bgarlinghouse highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence within the company's suite of products. "AI is becoming a fundamental part of our products – especially in cash forecasting and liquidity management in real-time for the office of the CFO. Employee productivity may be where AI starts, but the end goal is much bigger." Garlinghouse also shared Ripple's aim to make sure $XRP is "at the center" of the firm's plans moving forward.

XRPL scales beyond 1,000 TPS by acting as the settlement layer in a multi-tier architecture — where TigerBeetle handles execution and ILP routes value. 🫶
