Only the owner of the sending account can add or remove addresses from their own personal outgoing blacklist using a simple WithdrawNoauth transaction. Mechanics: Enable it: AccountSet { SetFlag: asfWithdrawNoauth } Block an address: WithdrawNoauth { Unauthorize: "rBadActor..." } From then on, any outgoing Payment to that address is instantly rejected by the protocol (tecWITHDRAW_NOAUTH). Note: WithdrawNoauth takes priority over WithdrawPreauth - so you can have both enabled and list the same address in both ledger entries for quick temporary enforcement.

Last night I dropped two new Amendment ideas into the XRPL Standards discussions to introduce extra layers of native security for bridges, exchanges, and vaults on the XRP Ledger. github.com/XRPLF/XRPL-Sta… The motivation? Rising social-engineering scams and the need for enhanced on-chain protection as regulatory clarity arrives. Time to close these attack vectors at the protocol level. ------------------------------------------------------- Deposit Authorization :- This introduces two new transaction types: DepositNoauth - The simple counterparty to DepositPreauth. Instantly block unwanted payments from specific addresses while still happily accepting deposits from everyone else. DepositSetauth - The partner to DepositNoauth and DepositPreauth. Subscribe once to a trusted provider’s blocklist or allowlist and your account automatically inherits their rules. → Full proposal: github.com/XRPLF/XRPL-Sta… ------------------------------------------------------- Withdraw Authorization :- This introduces two new transaction types: WithdrawNoauth - The sender-side mirror to DepositNoauth. Instantly block outgoing payments to specific bad addresses while still sending freely to everyone else. WithdrawPreauth - The sender-side whitelist that pairs perfectly with DepositPreauth. Turn it on and your account can only send payments to the trusted addresses you approve for instant built-in scam protection. → Full proposal: github.com/XRPLF/XRPL-Sta… ------------------------------------------------------- Both proposals are live for public testing right now on our Devnet Portal at xspence.co.uk/devnet (built specifically for this purpous after the @xrpl_commons Core Dev Bootcamp). Just connect to the custom node, generate accounts, and fire off transactions using the ready-made template library with dropdowns and simple entry fields. Drop any thoughts or feedback below and if you test them, screenshot your results. Would love to see how they perform in the wild! 🙏 #XRPLedger #Protocol #Development @XRPLF @RippleXDev @Ripple

Two of my favorite people in #Web3 are coming together to talk about the CLARITY ACT 🛡️🚀
OpulenceX@_OpulenceX

The Clarity Act just passed the Senate committee. And tonight on 🔒Locked in: Beyond Ledger we are honored to welcome Wade @wadepreston , Policy Advisor for @standwithcrypto And NABA Executive Director to the stage tonight. We're asking the questions the crypto community actually needs answered right now 👇 📋 What does the Clarity Act passing the Senate committee actually mean? 🌐 What happens next in this legislative journey? ⚖️ How is @StandWithCrypto advocating for the framework across the globe? 🔥 What should every crypto holder, builder, and investor be paying attention to right now? 🇺🇸 Is this the beginning of real regulatory clarity for the industry? Policy is moving fast. The community deserves to understand it. Begins 🔜 Space 🔗⬇️

For no reason, my @BambulabGlobal P1S has is now unable to connect to the cloud. No troubleshooting guide has worked. No reason for things to stop; nothing changed. I regret this.

@brian_armstrong All crypto advocates are excited about CLARITY being passed, but we also don’t want compromises. This is a pivotal moment for average people to have financial freedom so let’s not continue the strongholds of the big banking industry. This bill should be for the people.

CLARITY is closer than ever. The bill is strong. It will benefit the American people by making the US financial system faster, cheaper and more accessible. It will also ensure that the US leads in the global race to build the next generation of our financial system. Huge thank you to the Senate, their staff, and 3.7m @standwithcrypto advocates for helping to get this legislation to where it is today. Mark it up.

Spring never announces itself. It just..arrives. Quietly, stubbornly, beautifully & right on time. Some things you don't chase. You simply create the right conditions and believe 🌿💜 Spring brings life so does trust. Trust the process. Trust the timing. Trust yourself 🌸

3/3 🧵Security first Aperire is built for validator operators where a leaked dashboard is a real risk surface. Secrets indicators, peer state, validator health, alert configuration. All sensitive. The security model is end to end. Passwordless authentication. Sign in is FIDO2 passkeys stored locally on the device. Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key. No passwords stored or transmitted. Phishing resistant by construction. Self contained. No third party identity provider. Operator records, credentials, sessions live in the dashboard's local sqlite. Aperire keeps working when Google or any external service is down. No web write path for configuration. Alert rules, channels, sessions, operators all edited via SSH on the dashboard host. A compromised browser session can never change alerting behavior or add an operator. Server side session enforcement. Every page and data request requires a valid session cookie issued only after a successful WebAuthn ceremony. Self serve enrollment without lowering the bar. New devices via a single use email link, short lived, rate limited. No anyone can enroll path exists. Manual lock plus idle aware sessions. The dashboard locks on demand from a keyboard shortcut or the auth pill. Sessions auto lock after 30 minutes idle. Outbound only deployment. No inbound ports beyond rippled's peer protocol. The dashboard never accepts a direct internet connection. Browsers reach it through an optional Cloudflare Zero Trust tunnel. Aperire. Now in testing. Open source, MIT license. Targeting end of May for public release on GitHub. #BuildOnXRPL #XRP #XRPL

2/3 🧵 Navigation and tiers Six tabs across the top of every page. Within each tab, the urgent stuff stays on top. Three principles drive the layout. Category first, tier within. Navigation is organized by topic. Priority tier governs vertical order inside each tab, not horizontal navigation. Role aware. Stock node operators never see validator only metrics. The dashboard detects the role automatically. Desktop, tablet, mobile all first class. The peer ring centerpiece is a desktop showcase. Smaller viewports collapse it gracefully. What each tab covers. Overview. Splash with the peer ring and a strip showing whether anything is on fire. Consensus. Validation, ledger and chain state, fees and load. Network. Peer network, bandwidth. System. Compute, rippled internals, data integrity. Governance. Amendments, UNL and validator list health. Insights. Alert rules, firing state, history, scheduled digests, delivery channels. Inside any of the other five tabs, metrics stack by priority. P0 lives at the top as label value grids. P1 sits below as specialty live indicators like the quorum bar or ledger close cadence strip. P2 holds historical context as time series graphs. A glance answers whether anything is on fire. Trend context for any signal lives on the same page below it. 👇 #BuildOnXRPL #XRP #XRPL

Update on Aperire, the open source v4 XRPL validator dashboard I have been building. 1/3 🧵 Feature highlights Six tabs. 164 metrics. Three alert channels. Outbound only. Now in testing. Three threads on what is inside. 164 metrics tracked across 10 domains. Every metric carries a priority tier and a documented alert threshold, so the urgent stuff stays on top of every tab. Three ways to deliver alerts. Email. Phone push. Webhooks to Discord, Slack, or any custom endpoint. Each target gets its own severity filter, so on call channels do not get spammed with low signal warnings. Test Fire walks the alert pipeline without sending, so the wiring is verified before a real alert ever fires. Scheduled daily or weekly digests cover agreement summary, top alerts, network health, upcoming amendments. Amendment intelligence pulls tags, descriptions, and one click spec access from xrpscan and xrpl.org. Three programs and an optional Cloudflare tunnel. The dashboard talks to rippled. The relay reads the validator host and pushes metrics outbound. The tunnel fronts the dashboard at the Cloudflare edge with no inbound ports. None of them overlap. Native UI. No third party identity provider. 👇 #BuildOnXRPL #XRP #XRPL
