Mi casero está presionando con ilegalidades para que me vaya. Porque de los 4 bajos convertidos a vivienda, el mío de 23m² es el más barato (700€ al mes) y uno de los otros 3 ya lo ha alquilado a 1.800€ al mes. Esto no es un problema de miedo a los okupas. Esto es un negocio de auténticos sinvergüenzas que no tienen límites legales y que se están aprovechando de un contexto geopolítico para hacerse de oro con más de 200 inmuebles. Lo quieren todo, no tienen límites, les da igual la gente, 700€ al mes 23m² les parece poco y quieren ganar casi el triple. @viviendagob haced algo YA. Regulad! Poned mano ya a esto! Se va de madre. Legislad algo!
