Na, It should be the same when both leagues have the same set of financial restrictions! FFP etc. Otherwise no one would ever buy a league 2 club, simply buy none league and buy the leagues! Few examples recently of this also!

This Livingston side have 2 players in their starting XI that were quite literally Oldham rejects years ago. That therefore means, given they’re drawing with top of the table Hearts, that Oldham would probably be good enough to win the SPL. Absolute tinpot league. #oafc
