it's fine if you just don't enjoy adventure games but not only was it absolutely groundbreaking on release but it still holds up as an incredibly fine entry into the genre today. This game is not overrated. There is more than one type of game!

Ocarina of Time is an incredibly well designed, artfully constructed adventure game with satisfying, creative progression through a vividly depicted and evocative fairytale fantasy world. It has tight action elements and rock solid, intuitive controls that hold up 30 years later.
