@StockChaser_ You've been warning about the US starting a war in Iran and driving down the entire stock market resulting in dropping share prices impacting $ASTS? Wow I don't see that in your post history 🤔

$ASTS has now closed below the ascending wedge, not a good sign If we see a retest from underneath, downside is likely, with a move back to the $50s I’ve been warning about this for some time now

StockChaser@StockChaser_

If you’re holding $ASTS, you need to be watching this closely We’re trading inside an ascending wedge, and both trendlines have already been tested multiple times If the lower trendline fails to hold, things could get ugly fast. Ascending wedge breakdowns are not gentle Don’t be surprised if we revisit the $50s #ASTS #Stocks

Space Force shifting to faster, commercial-first procurement is a tailwind for $ASTS As a proven direct-to-device network, AST fits the model perfectly—positioned for faster contracts, recurring gov’t revenue, and expansion into defense communications.

$ASTS:🚨🌍 AXIAN TELECOM AND AST SPACEMOBILE PARTNER TO LAUNCH A DIRECT-TO-DEVICE SPACE-BASED MOBILE BROADBAND NETWORK IN AFRICA AXIAN Telecom, the parent company of a leading pan-African telecom group (Yas), today announced a partnership with AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS). AST SpaceMobile is building a space-based cellular broadband network designed to work directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices. Under the agreement, the two companies will work together to deliver Africa’s first direct-to-device (D2D) space-based mobile broadband service, bringing voice, video, data, and internet connectivity to people across remote, rural, maritime, and aviation zones that terrestrial networks cannot reach. AST SpaceMobile’s BlueBird low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites are purpose-built to deliver 4G LTE and 5G broadband directly to everyday smartphones, with no additional hardware or app required. Under the partnership, this satellite network will be integrated with Yas core infrastructure across its markets, enabling seamless connectivity for voice, video, data, and internet services. Both companies will also jointly develop commercial offerings for consumers, enterprises, IoT, maritime, aviation, and emergency response, with Yas handling local distribution, regulatory coordination, and customer activation through a one-click SpaceMobile service. The agreement supports Yas Data4All strategy, which aims to provide quality network access for consumers and businesses across all its markets. It also strengthens resilience by maintaining connectivity for emergency response when terrestrial networks fail. Speaking on the announcement, Hassan Jaber, CEO of AXIAN Telecom, said: “Our ambition has always been to build a network that works for everyone in Africa, not just those in cities. Connectivity is the foundation on which everything else is built, and there are still too many people and businesses across our markets who are cut off from it. Partnering with AST SpaceMobile gives us the ability to close that gap in a way that was not possible before. Their technology is genuinely different: it works with the phones people already own, which means we can reach underserved communities without asking them to do anything differently. For Yas, this is the next step in making our pan-African network one that truly has no limits.” Scott Wisniewski, AST SpaceMobile President, added: “Africa is a critical part of the global connectivity landscape. Together with Yas, we are bringing space-based cellular broadband to people and communities beyond the reach of traditional infrastructure, directly to standard smartphones. This partnership advances our mission to connect the unconnected worldwide and extends the reach of our network across the African continent.” The partnership includes integrating AST SpaceMobile’s satellite network with Yas core systems, coordinating spectrum usage, securing regulatory approvals across Yas markets, and enabling one-click activation of SpaceMobile services for customers. The service is compatible with evolving 5G and IoT standards and will be made available to customers following regulatory approvals in each market. About AXIAN Telecom AXIAN Telecom is a pan-African telecommunications service provider operating in eleven markets in Tanzania, Madagascar, Togo, Senegal, Uganda, Kenya, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Comoros, Malawi, Réunion, and Mayotte.   It operates across three key business segments, providing mobile and fixed networks as well as digital infrastructure and mobile financial services. AXIAN Telecom has unified its mobile network operators in Madagascar, Comoros, Senegal, Togo and Tanzania under a single brand, Yas, while its fintech operations in Tanzania, Togo and Senegal are now branded as Mixx by Yas. The Yas brand aligns to AXIAN Telecom’s aim to create a pan-African powerhouse which brings a more streamlined customer experience and innovations that are solutions driven with real impact. Yas positions itself as a trusted partner, dedicated to helping customers unlock their digital potential. By uniting its operations under one brand, AXIAN Telecom can better serve its customers leveraging the combined resources and assets of a strong, unified pan-African business under one brand. Yas is Africa’s 6th largest mobile operator serving more than 43 million customers and is a market disruptor, having expanded through active acquisitions and heavy network investments since 2015. Yas systematically ensure that its businesses have a sustainable and positive impact on the daily lives of millions of people. FULL PR: axian-telecom.com/2026/03/03/axi…

Four stocks I would currently AVOID — and the levels I’m watching: 1. $MSFT – This might surprise many of you. I believe we’ve already seen a cyclical bullish top. Over the next few years, prices between $277 and $212 are absolutely realistic in my view. 2. $ASTS – The opposite setup. I expect a sharp short-term correction over the coming months. Attractive entry levels could emerge between $40 and $22. 3. $PLTR – If you’ve followed us for a while, you know we remain bearish until the 0.618 retracement at $72 is reached. That’s where accumulation may begin. However, a move toward $40 is also realistic. 4. $ORCL – Similar outlook to $MSFT. I believe the cyclical top is already in. While counter-rallies are possible and tradable, the broader mid- to long-term structure looks bearish. I expect a cyclical bottom around $74. What are your thoughts on these names? Did I miss anything?

$ASTS successfully deployed its BlueBird 6 satellite in orbit, featuring what it says is the largest commercial communications array ever deployed in LEO. The satellite targets peak speeds up to 120 Mbps, with plans for 45–60 launches by the end of 2026.
