$ASTS A break below a long-term channel does not automatically mean the trend is dead. Sometimes a stock loses the channel because the entire market is under pressure, not because the company story changed. That’s how I’m looking at $ASTS right now. The chart may have broken the channel, but the setup can still be very bullish if: - the broader market stabilizes - the Iran/oil/Hormuz pressure eases - ASTS starts reclaiming key levels - company catalysts begin hitting And ASTS has major catalysts still sitting in front of it. A channel break can be: - real deterioration or - a temporary macro-driven shakeout before a move to new highs If ASTS reclaims the lower trendline and momentum returns, this can still turn into a setup that eventually leads to new highs.
