During the Pentagon press conference today, Secretary of War @PeteHegseth slammed Joe Kent @joekent16jan19 for spreading his deranged lies and conspiracy theories about President Trump being “controlled” by @netanyahu and being a “puppet for Israel”. @SecWar Hegseth said Israel has never forced ANY policy on President Trump, and that Kent wouldn’t know about Trump’s decision making process anyway, because Kent was never invited to important meetings with Trump and never had close proximity to President Trump. Today, President Trump said Joe Kent is “dumb”, and even asked, “Who is dumber? Tucker Carlson, or Joe Kent?” 😅 How about all of the above? If anything, President Trump is calling the shots over Israel. Not the other way around. 🇺🇸

So a summary of the reporting on Hezbollah ceasefire, please note, nothing is confirmed : Iran is setting a condition for talks. No negotiations unless the U.S. forces Israel into a ceasefire with Hezbollah. Now the U.S. is trying to make that happen, pushing Israel to agree to a temporary (one week) ceasefire as a goodwill gesture to keep negotiations alive. Iran is treating this as a firm line. Israel has yet to agree.
