@_Cooperators - this is the stupid service that i have seen so far....the call goes on and on and on without connecting on days...yesterday it was for 6 hrs...today it got connected after 2 hrs and no one speaks and drops the call...it has happened twice....

Hey @_Cooperators nobody is answering your emergency service line, the call-back feature hangs up on us, and we can’t make an online claim because your system isn’t sending us the email confirmation. Awful service as if our day isn’t bad enough.

@_Cooperators What kind of a ridiculous IVR system you have? After waiting 2 hours second day in a row the call never connects to an agent. No option for call back, online auto quotes in Alberta. If you do not wish to get new clients then STOP ADVERTISING & misleading customers.

@_Cooperators It crazy that I’ve been on hold for over 4 hours to get auto insurance in Alberta. Just trying to help get my mom’s car insured. To get my own auto insurance here in Alberta I was on hold for 18+ hours and almost a month to get my insurance. You have to do better.

@_Cooperators This has been the most disorganized call center experience I’ve ever had. It takes 2 to 4 hours just to finally connect with an agent in my city. Living in Edmonton, Alberta,I end up being transferred to about 15 different wrong agents before I can reach the right agent.Frustratd
