@_Cooperators We requested a new claims adjuster because the one we have has been forgetful, non-communicative, and the whole process has been painful.
Instead of getting a call from a supervisor, or new adjuster, we get a call from the current one.

@_Cooperators I remember I this happened to me in the past. It just happened again. How do you call in at 9am just to beat traffic and call wait time is already at 2hrs?
At the 2hr mark, the music stopped and the call dropped. Same play book.

@_Cooperators You guys need to fix your phone lines. Call dropped after two hours on hold and the agent I got after said it has been an issue since last week. I used another provider to call and after 2hrs again, call dropped 🤦🏾♂️

@_Cooperators - this is the stupid service that i have seen so far....the call goes on and on and on without connecting on days...yesterday it was for 6 hrs...today it got connected after 2 hrs and no one speaks and drops the call...it has happened twice....

Hey @_Cooperators nobody is answering your emergency service line, the call-back feature hangs up on us, and we can’t make an online claim because your system isn’t sending us the email confirmation. Awful service as if our day isn’t bad enough.
