The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it. This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this. Trump's recklessness is needlessly putting our brave service members in harm's way, destroying America's global standing, and making life even more unaffordable for the American people. We must all stand against this and oppose funding this illegal war of choice.

I'm not 100% sure but I think depending on the power plant, you can actually just scatter aluminum chaff everywhere from the air and that will cause it to short out and functionally explode Anyway... yeah not sure what some of these people are smoking; forgetting the hysteria, it just shows ignorance to even be *mentioning* nukes

Today is one of those days, which happen far too often these days, when a parade of credentialed elites proves they have roughly the intelligence of a goldfish. How is it possible that these people have no clue how a negotiation actually works, no sense of the strategic advantage in keeping your opponent off balance, forcing them to move military and other assets in a panic, exposing what they have and where they hide it, or grasping any of the subtle layers of strategic thinking? No, they genuinely seem to believe that Trump would just nuke some country on a whim.

@TRHLofficial Could've been phrased differently, but... who cares? That's just how Trump talks - and everyone hyperventilating should first and foremost realize that, no, the 'civilization' won't be wiped out tonight, regardless of what happens. The Iranian regime on the other hand...

Can we all at least agree that “a whole civilization will die tonight” was far too broad a choice in words, and maybe “a whole regime” would have fit his intention better, or are we too deep into doublethink.
