Hey @MetaforBusiness personal facebook accounts are being banned by your AI system and support tickets are being ignored for 2+ weeks! Without our accounts we can't manage client ads or access support. This is impacting livelihoods. Can someone actually help please?

Is everyone else also getting emails from random Google reps with the Google Ads ID in it as the client name... I thought that the ID's were kinda sacred and that we shouldn't be sharing them... Is that no longer a thing now? #PPCChat

Anyone else seeing Google Ads randomly showing paused sitelinks/promo extensions? 😫😵‍💫 Had to delete old ones this morning due to them showing in the SERPs. Highly recommend live checks! BF = Screenshots for clients... Wonder how long this has been happening? #PPCChat

UPDATE - It’s been 2 weeks and still no fix and feedback is they think it’s a policy issue… it’s insane that it’s taken this long and still no fix or real response. #PPCCHAT

Hi @adsliaison is Google testing something… we’ve seen brand impressions drop, organic is picking up some, but we’re not seeing ads at the top of the SERPs and our IS is maintaining, impressions have dropped significantly some a couple of thousand a day to 40? (Exact match) 😭🤯

@adsliaison Thank you! I replied yesterday, supposedly policy team is very busy and that's why we've yet to gain a response even though it's been going on since Monday 27th Oct, so any support here would be amazing 🙌

@beyondthepaid @NeptuneMoon To happen to 3 different clients in 1 weekend… on there brand? It’s odd isn’t it 🤨 Google are yet to come back to one of them (they are a large beast so hopefully should hear back) the other 2 are quite small, and had competitors so it’s odd they would drop them all.

@NeptuneMoon Hahaha! It would seem odd that the AI overview knocks off 3 brands over a weekend... in the US... But maybe?? Impression share has maintained, it just makes no sense.

Google not going ahead with the pure “death of the cookie” & instead moving to more of an opt in option isn’t a “YAY cookies are here to stay”. Opt in rates on websites are pretty low, so it just means we’re going to track even less… #ppcchat
