Not 100% accurate moon light, but looks good. The intensity depends on current time of day as well as moon phase. I'm debating whether I should add the option to scale the intensity based on moon size too. #unity3d #madewithunity #indiedev #gamedev

Anyways. No use gatekeeping anything. Here's the basic node setup I used for the rain drip shader. It should translate to Unreal pretty easily, the major difference being that Unity HDRP has a mask map with channels for metal, AO, detail, and smooth (as seen below).

You only need Sapling Tree Gen to make this, no fancy addons needed. BTW, In 5.x this amazing extension is bugged and cannot create animation, i guess it doesn't work with the new animation system. Come on I need this @Blender !!! (Actually you can create it with animation in 4.x, then copy paste it into 5.x. But that's lame)

Procedural Caustic Noise Shader/Math: 🫧 (more techniques I've actually used~) Smooth Voronoi can be used to generate convincing procedural caustics. Noise gradients can dilate the sample position to resemble anything from foam, to webs, etc. #unity3d #gamedev #realtimevfx
