@rileybrown Friend of mine owns a law firm. Increased case load reduced head count by half this year as he’s uploaded 20yrs of case files into Perplexity and it’s now better than anyone he can hire. A 2 week case with support staff now takes 2hrs on his own.

Malacia is on for Mazraroui who hobbles off. This team needs more left footed delivery. Can Malacia become an unlikely hero?

@htomufc Yeah you can’t blame the teams but the League should look at it and tweak the rules. If people start preferring to watch Italian or Spanish games because they are not set piece optimized then the EPL will suffer.

Kind of a weird talking point for me this - I agree with Slot, it's not fun to watch. But at the same time, these managers & players are playing to win and to maximise the chance of that happening, they're taking advantage of the finest of margins. So, it makes sense why. It's not my idea of football, and I don't enjoy watching games solely based around the effectiveness of your set pieces, but for the teams who lean on them more often, it's effective and winning points; ultimately, that's what the game is about.
BBC Sport@BBCSport

"Most of the games I see are not a joy to watch." 🗣️ Arne Slot isn't a fan of watching the Premier League 😬

Holy shit… Anthropic quietly dropped 9 new FREE Claude Skills tutorials. Excel workflows, Chrome browsing, file editing, task automation, project management zero tech background needed. Anyone can start building real agents in under an hour. Comment “TUTORIALS” and I’ll DM the direct links.
Andrew Ng@AndrewYNg

Important new course: Agent Skills with Anthropic, built with @AnthropicAI and taught by @eschoppik! Skills are constructed as folders of instructions that equip agents with on-demand knowledge and workflows. This short course teaches you how to create them following best practices. Because skills follow an open standard format, you can build them once and deploy across any skills-compatible agent, like Claude Code. What you'll learn: - Create custom skills for code generation and review, data analysis, and research - Build complex workflows using Anthropic's pre-built skills (Excel, PowerPoint, skill creation) and custom skills - Combine skills with MCP and subagents to create agentic systems with specialized knowledge - Deploy the same skills across Claude.ai, Claude Code, the Claude API, and the Claude Agent SDK Join and learn to equip agents with the specialized knowledge they need for reliable, repeatable workflows. deeplearning.ai/short-courses/…

@miqchris Red Ash is epic. But difficult to get a reservation. The chef’s steakhouse J Carver is also great.

@htomufc Against a League One attack they know they can recover from giving it away centrally. Probably not as confident of that in the Prem which is why the handbrake is on.

Arsenal’s attack been wayyyyyy more connected here, obviously the opposition has to be taken into account but it’s quite easy to understand the number of solutions these players can provide when the intention to improvise in the final third is there. The running behind the defence has been key, but the intention from Eze to play THROUGH the CENTRE has been there and knitted it all together. Play this card more often, in my opinion anyway.

The current analysis is very dull as every single journalist says Anderson, Warton, Baleba. It would awesome to understand if there are non EPL talents United could get cheaper if they had the courage to move away from Prem proven - which is a policy I doubt can build a title winning squad.

I haven't been watching that much football and I'm still busy with work and daughter. But if I ever do get time and do any analysis, it would def be another MUFC midfield rebuild series for this summer. That's my comfort zone & I'm really interested to see what targets come up.

@TheDevilsDNA Will you work on midfield target for summer?

Not the smoothest first half performance from United to begin, even though they were creating the better chances. Romero has that recklessness in his locker. Has changed the game. Now we will get to see how United fare vs a low block. A fourth win in a row beckons. #MUFC

@TheDevilsDNA So ironic seeing as Scholes himself was a weak large space defender in the midfield. Would have suffered just like Kobe if he’d be misplatformed by the manager!

Most casual fans and even the recent Scholes comments show a lack of nuance when it comes to these details & identifying how to maximise players. It's easy to label bad esp when someone looks weak or short. Aesthetic bias at play.
