How do you explain your trading journey to people who think it’s just gambling? Do you not even bother telling them?

@teektrades1 Work computer. I was able to download ToS long before they added more and more restrictions to my computer. Waiting for the day a software update completely blocks me from using ToS 🥴

@_andreaschr Yeah I’m going to start going really early to the office. Are you trading on your work computer or you bring your personal computer too?

Does anyone else trade while working a 9-5? I have to go into the office first 3 days of the week and it really limits how much I can trade. If you have any perspectives on this or ways to combat this please let me know below 👇

Swing trading is cool for those who prefer to trade that way. What I do have a problem with is the swing traders that act like top quants and say “0DTE IS GAMBLING🧐☝🏽”. Just say you have no discipline and would piss yourself trading them.

@thetechlao Traded small caps since Oct. realized it’s not for me. Switched over to SPY 0DTEs feb 19th, locked in, and been green since. Great to find someone starting the same journey at the same time

i want to be honest with you. i have 200 followers. i'm not a guru. i'm not financially free. i'm a 32-year-old with two full-time marketing jobs who started taking trading seriously one month ago. but here's what happened in that month. i made a decision: no more setup hopping. no more watching 10 different tickers. no more indicators i don't fully understand. just $SPY. just 0DTE options. just one 90-minute window every morning. and just psychological levels — the whole dollar strikes where price tends to react because that's where everyone's orders cluster. no EMA. no VWAP. no RSI. nothing. just price. i ran that for a full month. ~100 trades. 17 wins. 3 losses. +$4,064 on a $3,000 account. my worst day was -$1,860 and i genuinely thought about quitting. i didn't. i came back the next day, stuck to the rules, and finished the month green. i wrote every single thing i learned into a playbook — the levels i watch, how i size trades, when i add, when i walk away, the psychology stuff that almost killed my account, and two full trade examples with charts. i'm giving it away free because i'm 200 followers deep and i just want to share what's working while it's fresh. if you're still jumping between setups, this isn't for you yet. if you've found something that works but can't stay consistent — i think this helps. comment "0dte" and i'll DM it to you. this is my most revamped version*
