- Read an article on your phone
- Read the same article on a monitor
- Same article, vertical monitor

The effort required to finish it decreases each time!

In a fast moving software development environment, backlogs are quite a burden.
There's many ideas, most of them not being implemented, but you still need to maintain and keep track of them.
Creates a feeling of back-pressure / falling behind, even though it doesn't matter.
