Proton X70 biasanya kereta pegawai polis pangkat Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) dan ke atas. Blue strobe tu biasanya memang ada kat kereta diaorang. Kebiasaan nya unmark, takda diplomatic plates or any insignia.
