@Corey_Norman_ Mentally exhausted or physically? Getting older involves incorporating strategies that focus on recovery. I like blasting casein shake bed, stretching/yoga, and CBD (targets inflammation) before bed. @TeddyWoolsey , any success so far with your whoop band?

@Corey_Norman_ Consistent bed time for a while helps a ton. You might just be needing to catch up on asleep and sleeping well consistently.
