@MillieM15417646 Hi Millie! I was diagnosed right after I got my LPGA Tour card! Complete shock for me as well, but don’t let it hold you back from anything. Keep dreaming big! It’s a daily challenge to overcome but we have more strength than we know. You can do it!

On Wednesday I was diagnosed type 1 diabetic, a shock I was not expecting. After spending a few days in hospital I am now home and starting my education on what I need to do moving forward. I have amazing people around me and I know that I can still fulfil all my dreams - ❤️💪🏻❤️

I just hate for something like this to overshadow what a great event this is! It’s unfortunate for our sponsors to have their week of supporting the @LPGA have something like this going on. We’re grateful for everyone and every sponsor who supports our tour!
