Not sure the officials judgement is the best decider on this one! Anyway, if it's that tight benefit to the attacker!!

@wfczak @thewatfordway @AlexJPMiller Not when then ball is played to him. The only time he is goal side of the keeper is when Louza takes a shot that hits the defender. When the ball bounces back off the defender and hits Louza's chest, Semedo is onside. That's when the ball then heads to him and he scores.
