Its frustrating. @Niva_Bupa @NivaBupa_Care is spending more effort justifying their errors than actually providing the service I paid for.
I paid for an emrgncy consultation, but I haven't received any service. Your "emergency" support number was unreachable despite 15+ atempt.

Beware of @medkart, It appears they are scam artists, pretending to deliver and collecting money. When asked about the delivery, they claim it's still not dispatched after two days. Now, they say they can't deliver in one day and need 4-6 days instead. #medicines #ScamWarning

@MedPlusIndia had a frustrating experience. I mistakenly ordered the differnt medicine, but your team is not even looking at the prescription I provided. A 2-day wait for an exchange response is far too long for an emrgncy medical order. Horrible customer support.

Important:- An ideal ICR range is usually between 70% – 90%. Below 70 and above 90 is risky.
Too low → Company paying fewer claims
Too high → Company paying more than premium collected
So while buying health insurance, don’t look only at premium or ads.
Look at:
• Claim ratios
• Network hospitals
• Product terms
• Claim support during emergency
And most importantly — who is advising you.
Because the right policy matters only when a claim happens.

@ACTFibernet, Been facing a service issue for 2 weeks. Router replacement request completely ignored. If you can’t support customers, be honest, so people think twice before choosing you.
