@ACTFibernet Hi Team, the ETR on the app was showing as 20 Mar 9:00 PM then it got changed to 21 Mar 1:00 PM and till now there is no resolution to the issue. No sure how had it can get further. I am facing same problem every month you can check account history.

The worst internet service provider in Hyderabad is ACT, they have worst cable management, fiber management and don't talk about customer experience. Every month Wi-Fi is down for a day or two at minimum. NEVER OPT FOR ACT FIBER-NET IN HYDERABAD. NEVER @ACTFibernet #Internet #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet This is definitely not acceptable. We paid for a 6-month plan and specifically requested two routers. Today, during installation, the technician installed what appears to be a used router and claimed that used devices are provided since this is not a new connection. However, while leaving, I noticed he had two brand-new router boxes with him, which clearly raises concerns about transparency and honesty in the process. Providing used equipment without prior information or consent is unfair and unprofessional. Customers paying for long-term plans deserve clarity and proper service standards. If new routers cannot be provided as promised, please cancel my subscription and initiate a full refund at the earliest. Otherwise, I will be forced to switch to other providers like Airtel or alternatives. Kindly look into this issue urgently and resolve it. @vishalcb17

@ACTFibernet, Before install, I need internet across ground, 1st & 2nd floor. Your rep confirmed mesh router would handle it. After install, bandwidth is poor on upper floor. Promised fix by tonight, but no improvement next day. No response to calls/messages. Please resolve.

Payment was made on 16th March and installation is still pending. This clearly shows lack of accountability and poor customer support. I am now proceeding to file a formal complaint with @TRAI and @DoT_India along with requesting a full refund. This is my final notice before escalation. Respond immediately with resolution.
