@ACTFibernet facing issue for installation and the assigned person are playing football daily! Coming and seeing and telling that it was assigned to someone. Team Leader of that team is not responding and committed to install Last Saturday paid 9k no installation happened

@ACTFibernet upgraded to my act plan which includes free mesh routers, but i received regular routers when i contacted CS they told me these are Mesh routers I'm pretty sure of difference between wifi extender and a mesh router . Does act think customers are fools?

@ACTFibernet I have opted for AcT internet and opted for 6 months and I paid the same.. yesterday they said they will do installation but didn't do and today also didn't do.ans now no one is answering my call also .can you pls refund my amount?
