Note that when AG Weiser says "this bill does not contain everything I would have liked to see" he means he wishes, and actively lobbied for, #HB1326 to be more punishing. ☠️
And that every expert in addiction treatment and harm reduction in Colorado opposed him.

Essential reading on the HB1326.
Colorado had the chance to fight the fentanyl crisis with science, data, compassion, and care, and Democratic leadership chose self-serving politics, incarceration, shame, and fear-mongering. And more of our neighbors will die because of it.
