Today, we filed a lawsuit to overturn Energy Sec. Chris Wright's order keeping the Craig coal plant open past its planned retirement date . This order is unlawful, unnecessary, and will make electricity more expensive for Coloradans. coag.gov/press-releases…

We just filed our 60th lawsuit against this lawless, bullying administration, defending our fair housing laws. We are now in court because HUD’s actions will limit access to housing in Colorado and wrongly suggest that discrimination is acceptable. coag.gov/press-releases…
