@1Password Whatever the latest version is on Big Sur. This isn’t a new behaviour it’s always worked this way for years, I just finally got frustrated enough to ask.

@1Password why does it take 4/5 clicks to turn a generated password into a login? - Generate Password - Save and Copy - Reopen 1P Menu Item - Edit - Save - Convert to Login This is a common pattern that I do a few times a week and it frustrates me *every time*

Shame the mass media is not pointing this out (yet?) but the Com-Cov study has arms to look at the impact of increasing the Pfizer vaccine dosing interval from 4 to 12 wks! Hope results will show immunity is still boosted despite the UK deviating from Pfizer's original protocol.

@1Password After a bit more digging I have found out why, but not how to fix it. I have 1P Family acc and an iCloud vault. iCloud is disabled from “All Vaults” but for some reason new logins get saved there and I can’t figure out how to change the default.

@1Password I used the “New Login” flow from the extension, Saved, then pasted password in the form. When I opened the app a few minutes later it wasn’t there.

Thanks @1Password for eating yet another password as I am signing up on a web site. Why do I trust you? Fuck.

@1Password @mzarra I'm familiar with how Generated Passwords work and saw something similar at the weekend. Created a password on iOS from the extension. When I returned to the main app it was *gone*. Ended up having to reset again.

@mzarra Hey Marcus, the app, mini and classic extension will create items in the Password category in your vault. And if you used the password generator you can find it in the generator history. Let us know how you get on and if we can help at all. ❤️ support.1password.com/recover-unsave…

The @RoyalMail customs charge basically amounts to criminal extortion. I can’t believe £8 of work is required to handle this. It’s unreal that they can just hold your items hostage to these fees. There should be other reasonable options.
