@yElff_ You guys say this about every sport. Basketball, hockey, baseball, tennis, golf. Just sounds like every sport has their own challenges and if a pro athlete wanted to go out there and compete they probably could do it at a high level. Maybe not well but a high level.

Soccer is the hardest sport in the world to play. To put it in perspective you can take any active NBA/NFL player and they would not one who be able to get by me and score I haven’t touched a ball in 3 years. I’d put 100k on it.
It’s hilarious how bad a top NFL or NBA player looks tryna play soccer 😂
The US starting 11 are some of the best athletes the country has don’t fantasize about how good these other athletes would be at soccer prolly not that good.

@idkkchristian @ChitoGamingLive They just slowly give us a little bit every year and they’re usually like 3-4 years behind trends. Tush push has been a thing for a few seasons now. Hanging mouthpieces have been a thing for almost a decade now. Just same ole give us a little bit but leave out a lot.

@Sancho_Ponzi @FrontOffice70 I just can’t express enough that even though he didn’t grow up playing ball like Mara doesn’t mean he hasn’t taped into his potential. He was college basketballs best player for 2 years in a row. He was first team all rookie. He’s gotta stay healthy tho.

Call your local high school baseball coach and ask them how many freshmen they have throwing 80.

@Sancho_Ponzi Edey has double the minutes played in college and has 2 seasons on Mara in the pros. I would consider that more experienced. He’s faced better talent for a longer period of time.

@arod_112 Mara's dad played basketball professionally and Mara grew up playing basketball in Spain.
Edey didn't start playing basketball until he was a junior in high school.
Edey is much less polished.
