@AmericanAir yet again - first flight out; 2621, delayed because of low oil in engines. They knew about it last night but of course, nothing was done until everyone was boarded. Will you ever get your operation figured out?

@AmericanAir 100% delay streak for me continues - even your first flight out is delayed (AA1049) - the ripple effect and absolute nonchalance around constant delays will mess up the entire day! Do you really have anyone in ops capable of running this airline?

@Allen_Police are there any speed limits you enforce? Drivers going 60mph on EB Bethany and I don’t see ANY police enforcement- we have all given up on I-75; it’s a death trap.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir we add a day on either end for vacations and work trips because we have zero trust in your ability to stick to your published schedule! AA2120 is landing late at 12:12pm and your boarding gate says boarding at Noon - you need to get your act together

Delayed Baggage happens… but when it comes to @aegeanairlines it’s impossible to reach them. Unprofessional customer care, Unacceptable indifference to the situation, & worst of them all: 0 answers to whatsoever phone calls, mails and claim form sent!!!

@aegeanairlines aegean airlines - a 12 hour delay is NOT a delay - it’s a flight cancellation!! That is a FULL day!! €20 DOES NOT cover lunch & dinner - let alone breakfast, lunch & dinner.

I stopped by the @AllenSTEAM Center this morning just in time to see the @BoonPatriots unloading from their buses and heading into the campus. It’s always wonderful to see our young students gain an appreciation for STEAM-related subjects at an early age.
