@SixtRentACar rental company is aweful. Paid for insurance and roadside. I wanted to leave the car and uber to the closest @SixtRentACar rental place 30 mins. from where the tire went flat. Apparently, that's not an option. The said it would be 2 hours. Now it will be 3.5 hours sitting on the side of a highway.

I hate having to discuss the shortcomings of a corporate entity with the customer service representative who 1) has zero to do with the issue, and 2) is largely handcuffed by internal process to do anything to remedy the issue.

Hey friends. Just wanted to alert people to @SixtDE and @Expedia. They informed me that they do not honor their agreements. I showed up 45 minutes late for my car rental and they said they car was gone because I was so late. Then they charged me $$$$ for an inferior car. Beware!!

@ask_sixt Your team overcharged me and failed to provide a vehicle to me as promised. I was insulted, lied to and felt sick to my stomach when my rental cost nearly twice the original cost. I was given an additional surcharge for being late. Thank you for the horrible service.
