Day 3 of being stranded in rural Lavonia, GA after our @Enterprise rental was hit and towed away. Enterprise left me, my daughter, and my 82-year-old mother-in-law outside a CLOSED location in the rain with our luggage.

@Enterprise Your Hartford CT airport manager won’t release my rental. My in-person ID is expired and they can’t accept a photo of my valid one that’s in Florida (dumb mistake). I’m only in town to lay my veteran father’s remains to rest at a military cemetery on Memorial Day. He’s in my backpack right now as I’m dealing with this. Where do we go from here?

@BruceGorodetsky You would not be able to have a late pick-up with a regularly scheduled flight that is arriving too late to pick-up. If your flight is delayed, and your flight information is on the reservation, the branch would wait. Chris M

Thank you @Enterprise for ruining my weekend. After reserving on your app, location called & said they didn’t have car I reserved & to call corp because I couldn’t transfer it on the app. New location w/corporate help didn’t have car either and now I don’t have a car.

@Enterprise I went to pick up my rental and was told there was no vehicle available! How can this happen? The attendant said they frequently overbooked vehicles and that she was too busy to phone me! This cost me hundreds and missed medical app. 3 weeks later and no call!😡

@Enterprise why do you take reservations if you will not have the cars? Sat at the location for an hour to be told there are no SUV’s available even though I had a reservation! They were calling other locations to see if they had any. Bad business practices. Do better!

@Enterprise @ExploreCanada @Canada don’t ever plan by believing @Enterprise they spoil your plans, never gives the car what you booked but they charge exactly what they want. I think it’s a biggest scam company in North America. No option for us in last minute, should take any.

I am very sorry for the loss of your friend 'Spriggs'. The reasoning of the charge is weave to keep the renter as the responsible party until a walk around is done by a local agent. Hey @Enterprise, why cant you get the right vehicles people rented at your locations? Why do we always have to take a lower tier vehicle? Maybe at least offer money off the rental when you give an obviously lower tier vehicle! No one gives a shit there anymore?!?!?!?!
