over $4,000 in charges for a 48 hour car rental. the 2nd charge 9 days later being nearly 7x the initial cost of the rental, charged without notice or authorization, and not a soul in the entire company can even indicate what the charge is for. outstanding work @Enterprise

had a very uneventful 2 day car rental in france that returned on july 5th. $547, happy to pay it. woke up 9 days after return to a $3,439 pending charge (no notice). hours across 4 phone calls today and never got an explanation. .@Enterprise absolutely horrifying experience.

@truckingczar @Enterprise At least you got a call. I waited half a day to get picked up at the shop and nobody ever did call. I rent from National now.

What crappy service from @Enterprise after being in a car accident and being rear ended my insurance sent me to Enterprise Rental a car in Pickering. They ran out of cars so they didn't give me like for like car. 2.5 hrs later wrong car and no call back 5 days later to give car.

@Enterprise I have had a horrible experience at one of your locations in Kitchener specifically 2959 king st, Kitchener where an employee refused to rent us a car because he had pathetic attitude.

@truckingczar @Enterprise They’re awful. One of their customers hit my truck years ago, they got the ticket, they sent me a letter saying I was responsible and had to pay for the car. I gave letter to our lawyers.

Disappointed in @Enterprise. Rude customer service even in the escalation department. They have always been my go to rental car company but guess I need to rethink it.

Been an @Enterprise customer loyally for 10 years, absolutely done after a big rig kicked up a rock and cracked the windshield, now enterprise is making a huge deal and filing claim with insurance , I understand damages but who can control a windshield crack!?!?

@Enterprise is horrible. Why can I book a rental online, go to the location and then they tell me they have nothing available? Not once, but twice. Then I speak to customer service, they book one for me and the same thing… what a wonderful company.

@Enterprise I was not happy getting a low oil pressure light in the rental and having to pause my travel at 5:30 AM to purchase a quart of oil. Not the way to make a good impression.
