American rented a vehicle for $50 a day for 17 days from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the cost was $850.00 But then came the fees… - Sales Tax: $92.47 - Concession Recovery Fee: $98.42 - Customer Facility Charge: $45 - Tourism Commission Assessment Rec: $29.75 - Vehicle License Assessment Recovery Fee: $29.75 Estimated Total: $1,151.51 That’s $301.51 in taxes and fees to rent a vehicle This should be illegal

@Enterprise You have sent me to THREE different Enterprises promising there would be a car there and avaliable and every time so show up it’s not avaliable. I asked to speak to a specific store and was told could only speak to reservations. Now we’ve wasted tons of money on Ubers.

Rented a car with two car seats from @enterprisecares @Enterprise , not cheap. Not a problem with it. My problem is the fact that the first one had throw up on it and the second had to be taken a part because the straps were so tangled. Horrible experience

@Enterprise “We’ve got you covered.” Reserved 2 vehicles with Enterprise. Got 1. Replacement had an oil leak. Was sent on a 30-min midnight drive for a “guaranteed” swap that didn’t exist. Next day? A beat-up van to haul kids. Impressive how consistently bad this was. 👏 Fail

@Enterprise scamming us for our spring break trip. Reserved a Mercedes Sprinter van TWO MONTHS ago and was told today at pick up the only option was this Chevy POS. Called customer service who did absolutely nothing for us. Just lost a loyal customer.
