When considering this deal, remember that the largest proportion of the pay rise is being rolled out regardless of whether you accept it or not. In fact you’re considering whether you are accepting a backdated 4%

Elected BMA reps are obliged to ask you to support the deal, as it was a condition of the negotiations. Read between the lines. I'm not an elected rep, and can tell you that you should be rejecting a 4.05% uplift. Strike again. Reject the deal.
