Holy crap... with the @nextjs 16.2 update the next server is now using 10GB+ of memory and my MacBooks fan is running constantly (before it never even turned on). What's going on here...

People underestimate how much your stack choice shapes your output. That's the first real leverage point. Pick tools that remove friction, not add ceremony. I reach for Go, templ, templui.io - not because they're trendy, but because they let me ship and stay out of my own way.

@Benimaru177 @_TechRiley React + Vite for a landing page is overkill. You’re shipping a JS bundle for static content and hurting SEO when plain HTML would load faster and index better.

You don't need to overcomplicate the website you're building, a simple landing page can be done with HTML, CSS and JavaScript no need for frameworks and all that
