Highly disappointed by the @delhivery @help_delhivery. I sent it, thinking it will reach on time. But no response, its just getting delayed each day. It was supposed to be delivered by dec 1 but no response yet. This is the last time l am using @delhivery

@S_Lotlikar @delhivery @help_delhivery You can do one thing. You can go to delhivery office where you booked the parcel or your nearest delhivery DC. Ask them to track and ask them wherever it is give me escalation number. If they provide its good. I got the number and talked to the guy he helped me with my parcel.

@ayushsachdev_ @delhivery @help_delhivery I have faced this on multiple occasions. They have never delivered the goods on time at one point of time. I had to contact the company. There is no way you can contact their delivery agent to check on where he stuck and help him to get the goods delivered properly

@aarav0938 @delhivery @help_delhivery Talked with the delhivery agent and it said it is not from our DC it will be sent to different DC. I will process this and it will be delivered after 2 days. I booked porter delivery. Picked it up and got it delivered paying some extra. Worst service never using @delhivery again

@help_delhivery promised to deliver the product by december 1. Its been 3 days and the status now shows to updating shortly. No response, Its like shouting in an empty room. This is the last time of me using @delhivery

No call back from customer care even after repeated requests. @help_delhivery and no response to my ticket raised. I guess they just have lost my parcel. Please lemme know so I can file a complaint.

Telling everyone not to use @help_delhivery @delhivery My parcel with AWB 2827776136943 was supposed to be delivered on Dec 1. Since then I’m trying to reach out customer care and even delivery and they are not providing any solution. Pathetic service @IndiaPostOffice is better

What’s wrong with @help_delhivery @delhivery My parcel with AWB 2827776136943 haven’t been delivered since December 1. It keeps on updating to next day and now to updating shortly. Please note that incase of any issues I have to file FIR if something happens with the parcel.

No response from @help_delhivery and no response from customer care either. Thinking not to use delhivery ever again.
