Sir/Madam  Sir, In c/w delay in delivery of article EN415493634IN from Hyd GPO, this is t inform you that, on 22.06.2026, GPO and the Delivery Centre were assigned separate facility IDs. Due to this transition, the above-mentioned article was inadvertently received and the bag was opened under the Hyderabad GPO facility ID instead of the IDC Hyderabad GPO Delivery facility ID. As a result of this technical issue, the article could not be invoiced to the Delivery Centre on the same day. After resolving the technical problem, the article was invoiced and delivered on the following day. The delay occurred solely due to a temporary technical issue arising from the facility ID bifurcation.
