Perhaps some stations, or for recent big events, however know stations I use had gates closed last week on a comparable busy day.
Was surprised to see multiple east / west station gates open.
Gates open by stadiums was normal though

back in Old Times, you could browse cool websites for hours. These were websites not built around monetization. They were built to be explored and rewarded curiosity.

Once there's transit along the corridor (with crosstown connections) getting to and from the corridor will be a breeze.

My biggest pet peeve about environmentalists is that many will care about 2-3 trees more than the positive impacts of having homes, sidewalks, trains, greenways etc that will take cars off the road and have an actual positive impact on the environment.

Both CAL High Speed Rail and HS2 have their problems, but one shared by both is the crazy design decisions made to avoid “environmental impact”. Of course these decisions are made completely ignoring the environmental impact of projects that cost this much and take this long.

As people are piling on @andreforatlanta for backtracking on BeltLine rail, remember that one of his early acts as mayor was to kill the Peachtree complete streets project b/c a rich developer didn't like it. Our transportation mayor has always been about cars.

MARTA is already at the final design stage on this project and set to break ground next year. If @andreforatlanta tries to kill the project at the behest of his wealthy friends, he will have wasted tens of millions of dollars
