Those wild cats only put out one prey at time only to have a meal, not for sports. Lookout carefully, there must be an ill motivated chap at your neighborhood doing this shit.

This is unfortunate and we sympathize with the affected families. Our team reached at the scene & conducted an assessment. They confirmed that 14 sheep were killed & 01 injured by a black backed Jackal.

A Historic Return for Uganda’s Rhinos! 🇺🇬 ​After 43 years, the majestic rhino is finally returning to Kidepo Valley National Park. ​Two rhinos have been successfully flagged off from the Ziwa Rhino & Wildlife Ranch for a 600km journey back to their ancestral home. This reintroduction program is a massive win for biodiversity and a huge step toward rewilding Uganda’s natural heritage. ​Kudos to the @ugwildlife (UWA) and all partners involved in this incredible mission.

The two rhinos have successfully arrived at their new home - Kidepo Rhino Sanctuary. The two rhinos have been marked as 01 & 02. These rhinos will be monitored to see how they assimilate in the new environment before others are translocated too. #rhion #uganda @Uganda_Expozed

History made. The #rhinos are finally in Kidepo Valley National Park.

Home at last. After covering nearly 600km, the two rhinos have been successfully relocated to their new habitat at the Kidepo Rhino Sanctuary. Under the supervision of a skilled team, including wildlife veterinarians, they’ve been tagged as 01 and 02 and given preventive treatment against tsetse flies. The pair will now be carefully observed as they adjust to their surroundings before additional rhinos are moved in the next phases. #RhinoConservation #RhinoIntroductionKidepo
