The "world's first AI CMO" got 10 million views yesterday.
Huge launch video. Massive hype. 51K bookmarks.
Then @itsolelehmann actually tried it.
Outdated recommendations. Generic advice. Some suggestions that were just straight up bad ideas.
And this keeps happening.
Massive launch. Insane demo video. Product is completely ass.
People are taking MVP way too literally.
Yes ship fast. Yes iterate. But if you're going to generate 10 million views of hype you need something that can at least live up to a fraction of it.
Because here's what actually happens:
Thousands of people try it on day one. It's mid. They leave. They never come back. And now your brand is "that overhyped thing that didn't work."
You burned your biggest marketing moment on a product that wasn't ready.
The launch IS the product now. You don't get a second first impression with 10 million people watching.
Ship fast. But don't ship trash wrapped in a cinematic trailer.
Your demo video shouldn't be the best version of your product.

f*ck yes openai just dropped 2 new models thats 2X faster and cheaper but AS GOOD as gpt-5.4 (it actually beats it imo)
- $0.20 PER MILLION tokens is practically free lol (nano)
- matches 5.4 at coding, computer use, reasoning but much much faster.
- oAI designed these models to WORK WITH 5.4 orchestrating them. tell 5.4 to delegate work to these models.
sub-agent architecture tells me they're really leaning into multi-agent models.
openai team are now shipping new models every month or so, pretty dope

the biggest onboarding issue with openclaw right now is that most people get stuck before they even run their first agent.
especially on discord, which is frustrating because discord is genuinely one of the best platforms for running a swarm.
and to be fair it is complicated if you have never used discord before or if you are not technical enough to get through the setup.
which creates a huge gap.. on one side you have people experimenting with every feature and literally applying everything on their swarm, on the other side you have people who cannot even get a single agent running.
been building with my mate @hsoumix a solution where you can literally install openclaw on whatever infrastructure you want and have your swarm running without fighting the setup.
starting with discord first and expanding to other platforms.. telegram, slack.. etc
and it goes way beyond just getting openclaw running.. we are talking memory, built-in features, the full experience. not just a setup wizard..
