literally about to lose my mind. SOMEONE ANYONE?! so my sims 3 is being so messed up right now. i have late night downloaded and installed but it’s not showing up in the launcher or game. i spent 4 HOURS on chat only to be asked the same questions over and over again. anyone?

also literally the whole 4 hours was just them asking me for the product code while i kept saying i don’t have it no more because it was an old disk 😭 ughhhh rip my sims 3 era ig

they keep saying they don’t see it in my account/i don’t own the game. i added this game with an old disk i no longer have access tooooooo ugh. whaT DO I DO? i hate ea so much
