30 years ago I lived in the shadow of this beast but never went on it (being a skint student, no car etc). But at last today I walked on the Humber Bridge. When it opened in 1981, it was the longest bridge in the world.

Premier League as a product is at its lowest ever point I think. Games are boring, schedule’s a shambles, barely any 3pm’s, too much money involved, players don’t care, there’s a disconnect from real fans. It shows during matches and the whole thing needs a reboot.
