"protect myself" sounds weird, i'm like, just letting people know, "hey, this person might try to get back into my life sneakily, and i need you to know, they should absolutely not have access to me or whatever. that's how i feel about the scenario, and i don't think its very absurd to say if you were me (because my pain is worth being acknowledged and recognized)

sorry for rambling about things that are important to me, these ramblings specifically shouldnt need to ever be brought up again cuz it's just people who have traumatized me and i've never really vocalized it here or in general. rambling about other and happier things will continue. anyway, my truths or whatever, hopefully people don't shrug me off or belittle me too much for being honest and open (and trying to protect myself)
