The Tri-County Health Department voted 5-3 to pass a new public health order requiring masks in schools and child care settings for everyone over age 2. There is no longer an ability for counties to opt out of the public health order. We’ll have a story shortly.

The narrative about our kids being behind is a narrative created by those saying that they are behind. Kids don’t need to catch up. We need to meet them where they are at by shattering the monolithic thinking that each kid can be summarized by all kids.
