The way the emergency responders are placed in there the access to I-25, either north or south, from EB 470 is blocked so all traffic is being forced to use that right lane.

In town, road conditions should stay mostly wet. Snow sticking to roads here all depends on temp and snowfall rate. I don't expect it to be like January on the roads in Denver. Foothills and mountain communities will see snow cover on the roads and see very slick conditions.
